Monarc surgery has been explorded for the treatment of urinary incontinence since 5 years ago, untill now, Monarc surgery is still the most useful and effective surgery for the incontinence, very easy, very few bleeding, takes 20 minutes for the surgery only. and only 3 days staying in the hospital at most, since 2003, I myself has performed more than 150 cases. the success rate is more than 90%,except the side effect of rejection and erosion, but, only few cases. if my families has the problem of incontinence, I will strongly suggest Monarc surgery..
