memorize an extremly complicated surgery

After seven hours fighting, I succeded the tough surgery finally, the patient has the past history of four pelvic surgery in the past 20 years, including Cesarean section twice, myomectomy once, and another surgery of endometriosis, she came on to my clinic because of the old problem of endometriosis, the uterus has been suffered by an solid adenomyosis for long, and chocolate cyst are founded over the both ovaries with seriously adhesion to the pelvic wall, the confused pelvic adhesion will be the most struggling problem to me, I really worried about this surgery before the patient was admitted, that will be an great challenge to me. the stress during processing an extremely complicated surgery are always the things that shotened the life of a gynecologic surgeon....after all, under the aid of urologist, I finished this surgery finally. Thanks God! the patient is recovering....what I want to say is: this is really worthy in my life, as a surgeon, isn`t it what you want? facing on the greatest challenge what others will push it away! and why do you stay on this position? because you are the instrument of God!
